This will be the last First Thursday event for the year.

This is how First Thursdays work:

  • First Thursdays give the residents of Overstrand a platform to be heard - whether they want to pitch an idea, or raise issues on service delivery that they are encountering.
  • First Thursdays give the Mayor and her team an opportunity to meet residents face to face, and helps them to understand their needs and aspirations.
  • Meetings are kept brief in order to accommodate as many people as possible.
  • Remember, First Thursdays are open to everyone. There is no need to RSVP.
