The Overstrand Municipal Mayoral Committee approved the Amendment of the Overstrand Municipality By-law on Municipal Land Use Planning, Adoption of the Overstrand Municipality Land Use Scheme and Overlay Zones and incorporation of the Land Use Scheme and Overlay Zones into the said by-law on 24 June 2020. Further please note that the aforementioned documentation was published in the Provincial Gazette on 7 August 2020 and will now be implemented in the Overstrand Municipality.
